Shipping policy

We ship from three fulfilment locations to ensure fast and reliable delivery:

  • Melbourne, Australia

  • Texas, USA

  • Netherlands

Where Your Order Ships From

  • USA: All orders are fulfilled from our Texas warehouse for faster delivery.
  • Australia, New Zealand, Canada and rest of Asia: Orders are shipped from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse.
  • Europe (including the UK, Norway, Switzerland and other non-EU European countries): Orders are shipped from our Netherlands warehouse.

Customs & Duties

European Union: We're registered with the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), so VAT and any applicable duties are collected at checkout. There are no extra charges on delivery.

Non-EU European countries (e.g. UK, Norway, Switzerland): These orders ship from our Netherlands warehouse Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are included in your order total, so you won't pay anything on delivery.

Canada: Duties and taxes are included in your order. Occasionally the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier may still ask for a payment on delivery. If that happens, please pay it and email us the receipt, and we'll refund you.

USA and Australia: Orders ship from within your country, so no import charges apply.

Processing Time

We aim to get your gear out the door quickly.
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1 business day (and often same day if ordering before 2pm).
