Returns & Refunds

We're here to make sure you have the best experience possible. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do everything we can to help — whether that's a replacement, a swap, or a full refund.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unlike most products, goggles need to be tested in the water to know if they're right for you — so don't worry, your goggles don't need to be in original condition or have tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Before submitting a return, we'd love to hear from you first. Drop us an email at support@effortlessswimming.com or via our contact form — in many cases, a different size or style is all it takes to get the perfect fit, and we'd much rather help you find your ideal pair than process a return. We're here to make sure you walk away happy!

If we can't find a solution that works for you, we'll make the return process as smooth as possible.

Goggle Replacements & Swaps 

Not happy with the fit? Got a faulty pair? We've got you covered.

If your goggles don't fit the way you'd hoped, or you've received a faulty pair, we can send you out a different style or a replacement — no stress. This is available to customers worldwide.

To arrange a swap or replacement, please contact us at support@effortlessswimming.com before submitting a return. We'll sort it out for you quickly.

Please note: we do ask that you return the original pair to us (see return addresses above), though in most cases we'll let you know whether you need to send them back once we've been in touch.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on goggles. If you're not happy with them for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you — simple as that.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You'll be refunded the price of the item(s) only.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@effortlessswimming.com.


Exchanges

We're happy to offer exchanges on the following items within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Goggles — exchange for any other style or colour
  • Fins — exchange for a different size
  • Paddles — exchange for a different size

To start an exchange, please email us at support@effortlessswimming.com before sending anything back. We'll guide you through the process and make sure you get the right product as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • The item must be sent back to us before the replacement is dispatched
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping costs for the new item being sent out are also the customer's responsibility
  • Items must be returned within the 30-day exchange window from the date you received your order

Once we receive your item and confirm it's in acceptable condition, we'll get your replacement on its way to you promptly.

Damages & Faulty Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@effortlessswimming.com so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. supplements)
  • Equipment such as snorkels
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Please get in touch if you're unsure whether your item is eligible.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.


Service Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied with a service purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of the date your contract was entered into. Please contact us at support@effortlessswimming.com with your request. Upon approval, you'll be refunded via your original payment method and will no longer have access to the purchased service.
