How to Stop Your NanoClear Goggles From Fogging
How to Stop Your NanoClear Goggles From Fogging
NanoClear goggles have an anti-fog layer hardened to the inside of the lens. If your goggles are fogging, the coating most likely just needs to be activated. It takes about 10 seconds.
What you’ll need: Your NanoClear goggles and some water (a tap, bottle, or the pool/ocean all work).
Step 1: Wet the inside of the lens
Get the inside of each lens wet with water. A few drops or a quick rinse is enough.

Step 2: Rub the inside of the lens with your thumb
Use your thumb to gently rub the wet inside surface of the lens. Cover the whole lens, using light pressure and a circular motion. This activates the anti-fog coating.

Step 3: Rinse and wear
Give the goggles a quick rinse if you like, and shake off any excess water. You’re ready to swim.

Tips
- Only touch the inside of the lens, and use your thumb only. Avoid towels, cloths, or anything abrasive, as these can wear the coating away.
- Don’t blow into the goggles or wipe them dry after activating.
